Management Plan

In 2005 the HAWC Board adopted a business plan to help define our relationship with a number of partners in the housing industry. With the creation of an agency strategic plan in 2010 and the subsequent inclusion of that plan in the five-year planning process, these planning documents were brought together in the current Management Plan.

In their Board meeting on February 8, 2007, the HAWC Commissioners identified the following values to guide this organization:

• Involves those affected;
• Plans for the future;
• Responsive to this community;
• Displays the highest and best values (honest, fair, just, law abiding and
respectful); and
• Works for maximum efficiency.

HAWC Elects Officers

At its January 16th meeting, the HAWC Board of Commissioners elected the following officers for 2012:

Richard Keesecker - Chair and Grievance Officer
Judith Ferro - Vice Chair and Assistant Grievance Officer
Tim O'Rourke - 2nd Vice Chair
Richard Willson - Secretary / Treasurer
Tyenna Hart - Assistant Treasurer
