The Authority's offices are on the 2nd floor of 319 East Antietam Street in Hagerstown. The office is above the Children's Doctor, just east of the Washington County Hospital and served by three County Commuter bus routes (the Robinwood, Smithsburg and Funkstown routes). Follow the drive around to the left and turn into the larger lot where the pavement has been cross-hatched.
